John and Marci Reynolds started planning RPI from their “Dining Room Table” in the Fall of 1999. They took the leap of faith in January 2000 and never looked back. The early years were a struggle as with any small business. RPI had multiple partners and was short on capital. Through hard work, fiscal responsibility, dedication, perseverance, and one core value of “Do Right”, RPI survived the first decade.

By 2010, John and Marci were sole owners. The following decade brought about new changes and challenges. RPI had survived the growing pains of a small business and desired a more corporate structure to create career paths for employees. A new image and brand were ushered in where employees and customers would take notice. The goal was to establish RPI as the “Preferred Roofing Contractor in the markets we serve”. The plan was achieved by hiring key employees and staying true to the core value of “Do Right.” Today, there are employees and customers with over 15 years of continuous service from RPI.

2020 brought about new opportunities for RPI. John and Marci have begun the process of passing the torch to a new generation of leadership, Cory Parker and Jordan Bradford. Once again, RPI is strategically planning for accelerated growth so employees have more career opportunities and so customers can continue to “Trust the Triangle”. With a laser focus on employee development and customer retention, RPI will continue the vision of being the “Preferred Roofing Contractor in the markets we serve”. As Founder John Reynolds says, “We are extremely excited about the journey into our third decade and look forward to the leadership of our new principles whose core focus is to positively influence employees, customers, and communities.”
