Four markets across Georgia & South Carolina
Local crews in every market keep us close to your facility - faster response, tighter schedules, and a team that knows commercial roofing across the Southeast.
Commercial roofing across Georgia & South Carolina
RPI Roofing has served building owners, facility managers, and general contractors across the Southeast since 2000 - 25-plus years of commercial roofing in two states. We staff local crews in four markets so the people responding to your leak call, walking your roof, and managing your re-roof are based near your building, not dispatched from hours away. That proximity is what keeps response times short, schedules tight, and accountability close to the project.
We are a commercial-only roofer. We do not chase residential work, so every estimator and crew on our payroll lives in flat and low-slope systems day in and day out: TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, single-ply, coatings, and restoration. Whether you manage a single warehouse or a portfolio of retail, industrial, healthcare, and institutional buildings, you get one certified team that knows the codes, weather, and inspectors in your region.
Our four markets
Each market runs its own phone line and field team. Pick the office nearest your facility and we will route your request to the crew that already works your area.
- Savannah, GA & coastal Georgia - the port and Lowcountry corridor, where salt air and hurricane-season storms make watertight detailing and wind-rated systems non-negotiable. 912-756-7663
- Augusta, GA & the CSRA - industrial, medical, and institutional facilities along the Georgia-South Carolina line. 706-945-0101
- Columbia, SC & the Midlands - the state-capital region's government, education, and distribution buildings. 803-605-6694
- Greenville-Spartanburg, SC & the Upstate - our newest market, serving Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and the I-85 manufacturing and logistics corridor. 912-756-7663
- Charleston, SC & the Lowcountry - coming 2026. RPI is expanding into the Charleston market to serve the Lowcountry's commercial, industrial and hospitality building owners. Get on the early list
Why local coverage matters on a commercial roof
A commercial roof is a long-term asset, and the contractor who installs it should still be reachable when something needs attention five or ten years later. Keeping crews in-region means we can get an estimator on your roof quickly for a free assessment, mobilize for emergency leak response before water reaches your inventory or operations, and hold to install windows that work around your business hours. It also means our teams already know the local building departments and inspection requirements, so permits and sign-offs move faster.
Across all four markets we bring the same credentials to every job: Carlisle-certified installation, a track record recognized with the Triple Excellence Award, and Avetta membership for verified safety and compliance - the kind of qualifications facility teams and procurement departments require. What in-region crews mean for you
The same Carlisle-certified standards in every market - delivered by a team that is already nearby.
Faster response
Crews based in your market mean shorter drive times for assessments, emergency leak calls, and warranty service - water gets stopped before it reaches your operations.
Local code knowledge
Our teams know the building departments, wind ratings, and inspection requirements in coastal Georgia, the CSRA, the Midlands, and the Upstate - so permits and sign-offs move faster.
One certified standard
Every market delivers the same Carlisle-certified installation, Triple Excellence Award track record, and Avetta-verified safety - whether you have one building or a multi-site portfolio.
