Does RPI Roofing do residential roofing?
No. RPI Roofing (Roofing Professionals Inc.) is a commercial-only roofing contractor. Since 2000 we have specialized exclusively in commercial, industrial and institutional roofs across Georgia and South Carolina - warehouses, schools, churches, retail and office buildings.
What areas does RPI Roofing serve?
We serve Georgia and South Carolina from three offices - Richmond Hill, GA (HQ, serving Savannah and the Coastal Empire), Grovetown/Augusta, GA (the CSRA) and Lexington, SC (Columbia and the Midlands) - plus our newest market, Greenville-Spartanburg. What types of commercial roofing systems does RPI install?
All major commercial systems: single-ply (TPO, PVC and EPDM rubber), built-up roofing (BUR) and steep-slope commercial metal - plus roof coatings, repairs, full replacements, new roof construction and ongoing maintenance.
Is RPI Roofing licensed, insured, and certified?
Yes. RPI is fully licensed and insured and is a GAF Master Elite contractor - a status held by roughly the top 2% of roofers nationally. We have also earned the Carlisle Perfection Award, the GAF Triple Excellence Award and the Firestone Partner in Quality Award two years running, and we are members of Avetta and ISNetworld for safety and compliance prequalification.
Do you offer commercial roof repair and emergency leak service?
Yes. If your commercial roof is leaking or storm-damaged, our service teams inspect the roof, identify the cause and provide a written estimate. Local crews in Savannah, Augusta/CSRA and Columbia mean fast response when water is coming in.
Why does commercial roof maintenance matter?
