Commercial Roofing Across Georgia & South Carolina
A quarter-century of commercial roofing built on one principle: do right by the building, the owner, and the crew - every time.
A Quarter-Century of Commercial Roofing
RPI Roofing opened its doors in 2000 with a focused mission and a simple promise: commercial roofing done right, the first time. Twenty-six years later, that promise still drives every job - from a 50,000-square-foot distribution center re-roof to a leak call on a church steeple at 6 a.m.
We have spent those years installing, restoring, and maintaining single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, and metal roof systems for warehouses, schools, churches, retail centers, hospitals, and industrial plants. The buildings changed; the standard never did.
Today RPI serves four markets across two states - Savannah and the Coastal Empire, the Augusta-CSRA, Columbia and the Midlands, and the Greenville-Spartanburg Upstate - with the same crews, the same certifications, and the same accountability that earned us the work in the first place. See where we work on our service area page.
Commercial Roofing Only - No Shortcuts
RPI does not do residential roofing - and that is on purpose. Commercial and institutional roofs are a different discipline: low-slope membranes, code-driven assemblies, occupied buildings, tight shutdown windows, and warranties measured in decades. A torn-off shingle roof and a 100,000-square-foot single-ply system have almost nothing in common, and we refuse to pretend otherwise.
Because commercial work is all we do, our crews stay sharp on the systems that matter most to facility owners and property managers. We know TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, single-ply, and standing-seam metal cold - and we know how to keep your operation running while we work above it. Vetted, Certified, and Award-Winning
The credentials we carry are the same ones Fortune 500 facility teams require before a contractor sets foot on their property. RPI is Carlisle-certified, an Avetta member, and a recipient of the Triple Excellence Award for safety, quality, and service. We are licensed and insured in both Georgia and South Carolina.
Those certifications are not wall decoration. Carlisle certification means our installation crews are trained and audited by the manufacturer, so the long-term warranty on your roof actually holds. Avetta membership means our safety, insurance, and compliance records are independently verified - the prequalification most national property managers now demand. Ready to talk specifics? "Do right" isn't a slogan - it's the test.
Spec It Honestly
We recommend the system the building actually needs - not the one that pads the invoice. If a coating restoration beats a tear-off, we'll tell you, even when the tear-off pays us more.
Build It Right
Manufacturer-certified installs, detailed flashing, proper fastening patterns, and clean penetrations. Carlisle-awarded work means the warranty actually holds.
Stand Behind It
When you call about a leak in year seven, you reach the same company that put the roof on. Our maintenance program keeps small problems from becoming capital expenses.
