Re-roofing & replacement systems

When a roof has reached the end of its service life, we plan the tear-off and re-roof around your operations - phasing work by section, protecting interiors, and sequencing around production schedules so the building keeps running. We install and replace:

Coatings, restoration & maintenance

A full replacement is not always the right answer. Where a roof is structurally sound but weathered, a certified roof coating or restoration can add years of service life, improve reflectivity and energy performance, and renew the manufacturer warranty - often at a fraction of tear-off cost and with no disruption to the space below. For buildings that simply need to stay watertight, our maintenance and repair programs catch small failures - open seams, flashing, drains, penetrations - before they become interior damage and emergency callouts.
