Every project on our books was scoped, installed and warranty-backed by the RPI crew - single-ply TPO and EPDM, modified bitumen, standing-seam and single-ply metal, coatings and restoration, and emergency repair on the commercial buildings that keep Georgia and South Carolina running. We start on the roof, not in a brochure. Core cuts, moisture surveys and a walk of every penetration, drain and flashing tell us what the deck actually needs - so the proposal matches the building instead of padding it.
Manufacturer-certified systems
As a Carlisle-certified contractor, we install to manufacturer detail, which is what unlocks the strongest available warranties and gets a roof through inspection the first time. The system is specified to the building - TPO or EPDM single-ply, modified bitumen, or single-ply and standing-seam metal - not to whatever's easiest to stock.
